A Level + Foundation Diploma in Art, Design and Media
Skills and Education Group (SEG)
In addition to the A Level programme, ISCA offers a Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Art, Design and Media which is designed to equip our students with the essential skills required for university success. This opportunity is open to students who are in their second year of A Level or enrolled in the Portfolio Programme at ISCA.
The Foundation Diploma in Art, Design and Media is a well-rounded course that gives students in-depth knowledge in their specialist subject. ISCA possesses an extensive network of specialist tutors, thereby enhancing students’ chances for direct admission into a three-year degree programme. The course is delivered at the same time as the A Level programme, setting it apart from typical foundation courses and providing a time-saving advantage for our students. They will also avoid additional accommodation expenses, as they will reside on campus for the duration of their course.
Students who successfully complete the Foundation Diploma course will leave ISCA having gained two respected qualifications. They will also have access to the Central Saint Martin’s Creative Practice Programme, which runs from September to the end of January.
By perfecting the art of portfolio preparation, ISCA has established a strong reputation for highly successful student progression to leading art and design universities around the world, including University of the Arts London (UAL). In 2024 ISCA achieved a 100% progression success rate.
